Cathy is a Sustainability Analyst within CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions team. She works with both occupiers and landlords on various aspects of environmental management.
Cathy works on a range of projects, including both mandatory and voluntary environmental reporting and conducting due diligence for a number of clients. Cathy has a background in both the scientific as well as the economic and legislative aspects of environmental sustainability.
Prior to joining CBRE, Cathy studied at UCL where she completed a dissertation on corporate climate change risk and sustainability reporting in the Carbon Disclosure Project.

CBRE EMEA Head of Sustainability
Rebecca Pearce is responsible for driving CBRE’s sustainability agenda in the EMEA region.
In addition to expanding client sustainability services and overseeing the reduction of CBRE’s corporate environmental footprint Rebecca works internally to raise awareness of sustainability opportunities and innovations. She works closely with senior management and CBRE’s US and Asia Pacific sustainability teams to create a global best practice approach and industry leading research to promote sustainable property.
Rebecca joined CBRE EMEA after 3.5 years in our Pacific region where she established and headed up client sustainability services, and drove many of the company’s corporate commitments. Under her direction, CBRE New Zealand was awarded “Sustainability Initiative of the Year” at the RICS New Zealand Awards 2012. Previous roles include 2 years in the Middle East working with Sustainability Advisory Group, co-leadership of Westpac Banking Corporation’s Sustainability Strategy, and leadership roles in architecture in the UK and Australia.
